September is Officially Spring in Australia

Hello, Blogging friends! It’s already September and yes, it is officially Spring in Australia now!

Spring months here down under are from September to November. Although it is still quite cold at the moment with temperature as low as 10 degrees Celcius with strong winds, the promise of more sunshine and lovely colours of nature are on the way.

Jacarandas, are trees that are native to tropical and subtropical areas in Central and South America. But these were planted in large numbers in Adelaide in the 1920s and 1930s. In Spring these put on spectacular purple colours in the streets of Adelaide City (capital city of South Australia).

Meanwhile, here is a magnified photo of cherry blossoms we found in our neighbour’s front yard:Spring in Australia

Nature just gives great reminders in life that nothing stays the same. Like the changing of the seasons, the pain, sorrow and anxiety don’t hang around forever. Bare trees always grow flowers and fruits in time. Long nights turn into bright mornings and longer days when it’s the right season.

Remember, there is always light at the end of the tunnel. Such that happiness is always around the corner even when some moments seem dark or unclear. Regardless, don’t lose hope and faith. Give thanks and things will magically turn brighter.

Happy Weekend everyone!
