Glenelg being known to visitors in Adelaide as the most accessible beach park suburb from the city, one can catch a tram and arrive here in just 20 minutes. The tram line from the city always ends up in Glenelg so you will not feel lost in case you decide to hop on a tram anywhere in Adelaide.
Arriving in Glenelg, you have three tram stops to choose to go out, starting at the Tram Stop 15 all the way to 17. Whichever you choose, it is already free to ride within these three stops.
Between Tram stop 15 and 16, I recommend that you grab a bite at The Feed for a hot scrumptious meal. Service is quick and friendly.
Our Tasty Meal at The Feed in Glenelg
As for our experience, when we arrived in this hip and eclectic cafe, we were greeted very warmly by one of the staff while handing out the menu to each of us.
It did not take us a while to choose. We immediately opted for burgers and chicken nuggets.
My dad chose the Grilled Chicken burger. I had a traditional Cheeseburger (I love cheeseburgers and anything with cheese =) ). My daughter went for a kids meal – Chicken Nuggets with chips.
- Beef patty, Spanish Onion, Pickles, Cheese, Mayo and Relish
Grilled Chicken Burger
- Grilled chicken thigh, avocado, fresh tomato, baby spinach, beetroot relish and ginger aioli
Chicken Nuggets + Chips + Sauce
Within ten minutes, the food arrived. I did appreciate the fairly quick service at it was already half-past twelve when we dined in. Moreover, when we tasted them, it was really good. My dad said the same. Therefore, yes, it suited our Asian taste buds well.
Their place is well designed as well for different groups and preferences.
Overall, we had a good meal here. Thus, we will surely come back. They have other variety of breakfasts and gluten-free options available too, so give it a try.
